The Rascal II by Proctor surfboards expands on everything that made the original Rascal so good. This board is constructed from polyester and features a concave deck, which allows the board to respond quickly. Four parabolic channels that give the board extra lift, drive and directional hold. The board also features a swallow tail design and 3 includes PCS fins.
