To return products to Jack's Surfboards: Give your Invoice or Packing Slip Number, the product you would like to send back and the reason why. Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post (for tracking purposes). Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.
