DC SHOES

In 1989 Ken Block began screen printing t-shirts with logo’s that he created and would eventually morph into what DC shoes is today. He met professional skater Danny Way, who quickly started wearing the shirts, and became a driving force for what DC shoes would become. Together Ken and Danny would go on to keep creating more and more clothing and eventually move into creating footwear. Their line of skate shoes would be one of the first to receive endorsements from professional skaters. With the new backing from pro’s they quickly expanded into other sports like Surfing and Motocross. By the year 2000 DC shoes was exploding with worldwide distribution and a core following that rivaled any other brand. With athletes like Danny Way, Travis Pastrana, Rob Dyrdek, Dane Reynolds, Bruce Irons, and many more, DC is bound for greatness and will continue to push the boundaries of clothing apparel and skate shoes.
