We use FedEx Express International Priority. Freight charges are calculated by weight. Your total freight charge is calculated at the end of the check out process.
If you choose the wrong shipping box (trying to pay less in shipping), your product will not be shipped until the extra payment is received. If you decide not to pay the extra fees, your order will be cancelled. If you payed with Paypal, we will deduct the Paypal fees we incurred from this transaction. Please choose the correct shipping method.
In order for your international order to process we need the following informations.
1. The shipping and billing information must be the same.
2. WE REQUIRE A FAXED CREDIT CARD STATEMENT showing your billing
address. This is for address verification. Fax your Statement to 001-714-536-7861. Attn: Internet Dept.
3. All International Orders may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's and any other fee your country charges. Be sure to check with your Customs office. This can get very expensive.
Jack's Surfboards does NOT include any of these fees. Fed Ex will charge you these fee's when the package is delivered or picked up. You will be held responsible for any return shipping costs if the package is sent back for non payment of these fees.
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including exchanges. |
